We offer a Replacement Policy for products in the following cases:

  • Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge.
  • Incorrect Item: In the event that you receive an incorrect item, we will promptly send you the correct product.

2. Return Procedure:

To be eligible for a replacement, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the product, providing clear images of the damaged or incorrect item.

b. Our team will review the provided information and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to return the item.

c. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging along with the RAN provided.

d. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process the replacement within 7 business days.

3. Exceptions:

Please note that the following situations are not eligible for replacement:

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or replacements for items due to a change of mind.
  • Customized Products: Items that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for replacement unless they are damaged or incorrect.
  • Clearance or Sale Items: Sale or clearance items are final sales and not eligible for replacement.
