3. Products and Services

Envibe offers sustainable and environmentally conscious products and services. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, but variations may occur due to the nature of sustainable materials and we atleast try to include the processes that we deliver it to are you sustainable (like packaging, courier services and etc) We try to make your experience atleast minimalistically.

4. Orders and Payments

• Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) at the specified price. We offer discount coupons too. If you see a strike off over the prices, that's just not us. 
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We might delay in delivering the product to you, but what you see is what you get.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website w.e.f. June 01, 2024. While, you can choose Cash on Delivery anytime.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes but do not include shipping charges, which will be added to the total price upon checkout. So just keep an eye on the discount code section. 

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours of order submission, subject to product/color/material availability.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. 
• Envibe is not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns only for products with inaccuracies in design as described on our website. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on the return process.
• Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned item and will be deposited back to your bank account.
• Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or inaccurate.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Envibe website, including logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of Envibe Sustainability LLP and is protected by copyright laws.
• You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written consent.

This campaign is designed to benefit individuals, volunteers, animal rescuers, and those supporting social causes. It is not intended for resale, unauthorized redistribution, or bulk purchases for commercial purposes.

• Purchase Limits

• Order Review & Cancellation

GOODCAUSE Sale – Fair Use Guidelines

• 🧡 Offer valid for 1 discounted T-Shirt per customer only.

• 🚫 Adding multiple discounted T-Shirts to a single order may result in partial cancellation or adjusted pricing.

• A maximum of one (1) discounted item per user (based on email ID, phone number, shipping address, and IP address).

• 📦 Bulk or multiple item orders using this discount will not be processed or will a refund will be issued in terms of Envibe Coupons or Amazon Gift Cards.

12. Contact Us

All products sold on Envibe are final sale and non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless:

• The item is received in a defective, damaged, or incorrect state due to our error (e.g., wrong customization, size, or design sent by us).

Important Conditions:

• Any claims for damage, defect, or mismatch must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear unboxing or unpacking photos/videos that show the product condition at the time of delivery.

• Items that are reported as damaged after use or handling will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

• Products found to be intentionally damaged, tampered with, or altered after delivery will not be accepted under our returns policy.

We reserve the right to deny refund/replacement requests where the provided evidence appears inconsistent, edited, or post-use.
