Return Eligibility

We understand that occasionally, an item may not meet your expectations. We accept returns only in the following circumstances:

  • Inaccurate Design: If the received product does not match the design as described on our website.

Process for Returns

  1. Notification: To initiate a return, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing info@envibe.com. Please include your order number and details of the issue.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is confirmed to be inaccurate. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

  4. Condition of Return: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  5. Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. About the Return Shipping cost, we will include that too in our Refund. Please send us a copy of it so that it can be reimbursed.

Exclusions

  • We do not provide exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order. But, we hope you may use it.

  • Customized or personalized items that were accurately produced according to your specifications are not eligible for return unless they are defective or inaccurate.
