We understand that occasionally, an item may not meet your expectations. We accept returns only in the following cases:
Inaccurate Design: If the received product does not match the design as described on our website.
Damaged on Arrival: If the product arrives visibly damaged and is reported with valid evidence (see process below).
To maintain fairness and prevent misuse:
Do not accept delivery if the package is tampered with or visibly damaged. Please take photos and contact us immediately at info@envibe.com.
For any damage or defect claims after accepting delivery, notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Share an unboxing video (from sealed package to reveal).
Share clear photos showing the issue.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The item was used or washed before raising a return.
The item was damaged after delivery (e.g., wear and tear, spills, tearing).
The issue is size/color preference unless it’s a mismatch from the order.
All GOODCAUSE campaign products are final sale and strictly non-returnable or exchangeable.
This policy applies to all products sitewide, not just specific campaigns.
Notification: Email info@envibe.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Mention your order number and include photo/video evidence if applicable.
Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product is found to be damaged or inaccurate. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Condition of Return: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:
A full refund (including return shipping, if applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
To receive shipping cost reimbursement, please email us the return courier receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. Please place a new order after returning an eligible item.
Customized or personalized items that match your order specifications are not returnable unless defective.
Products purchased from third-party sellers or platforms must be returned via their respective policies.
